The service

FunnelIQ provides done-for-you outbound email for US businesses: prospecting, writing, sending, follow-ups, opt-out handling and weekly tuning, plus an optional inbound AI receptionist. US businesses only.

Billing

Plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Annual plans cost 10 times the monthly price (2 months free) and renew automatically each year at the same price unless you cancel. We email you 30 days before an annual plan renews. There's no setup fee on plans. The AI receptionist has a $249 one-time setup fee per line.

Onboarding and autopilot

At onboarding you sign off your guardrails: targeting, offer, the proof we may use, and words and claims to avoid. We review the first batches with you (10, then 25, then 50 prospects). Nothing sends until you sign off the first batch. After that, we send within your guardrails without per-message approval. Wording changes inside the guardrails apply automatically; targeting changes are flagged to you first; anything outside the guardrails needs your OK. You can pause or adjust at any time.

You are the legal sender

Emails go out in your business's name. You are responsible for the truth of the offer and any proof you give us, and for complying with the acceptable use policy. We run the compliance mechanics described on our compliance page.

60-day performance guarantee

The full conditions are on the guarantee page and form part of these terms. Annual plans cancelled after day 60 receive a refund of unused full months at the annual rate.

Cancellation

Cancel in one click. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.

No performance promise

We don't promise replies, meetings, revenue, or any other result. The guarantee refunds plan fees only if we miss the qualified leads, the emails sent, or the timeframe agreed in writing.

Your data

You can export your settings and decision log at any time, including after you cancel.

Liability

If we miss the qualified leads, the emails, or the timeframe we agreed in writing, the refund on the guarantee page is what we owe you for that work. That page also covers unused full months on an annual plan after day 60. That refund is paid even where the cap below would be smaller.

We are not liable for replies, meetings, or revenue, or for what you do after a reply reaches you. You are responsible for the truth of your offer and for any proof you tell us we may use.

We are not liable for indirect losses, including a lost profit or a lost deal. Nothing in these terms limits a liability the law does not let us limit. Apart from the guarantee refund, the most we owe on a claim is what you paid us in the 12 months before you made the claim.

Plan changes

You can move to a different plan at the next billing date. During the guarantee period we judge the leads, the emails, and the timeframe against the plan in force when we wrote those numbers down. Moving to a higher plan does not restart the 60 days. We write down new numbers with you, and they apply from the date the new plan starts. A lower plan is judged on the lower plan from that same date. Work already due before the change is still judged on the old numbers.

Partial months

A monthly plan is not split. Cancel any time and you keep the service through the end of the period you paid for. We don't refund the days left in that month, except when the guarantee says so. On an annual plan, after day 60, you get the unused full months back. A month that has already started counts as used.

Chargebacks

Write to us before you dispute a charge with your bank. Use "Guarantee" in the subject if it is about the work. If a dispute is opened, we pause sending until it is resolved, and the guarantee clock pauses too. If the dispute is for a fee the guarantee would have refunded, we follow the guarantee. We don't add a fee for a dispute.

Governing law

These terms follow the laws of the State of Texas. FunnelIQ is a sole proprietorship there. A dispute we can't resolve by email is handled in the state or federal courts in Dallas County, Texas.
