We guarantee the work. Not the replies.
At onboarding we write down how many qualified leads we'll find, how many emails we'll send, and the timeframe. We keep adjusting the offer until it's one a client should want to answer. If we miss the leads, the emails, or the timeframe, email us within 60 days of your first payment and we refund your plan fees in full. Fewer replies than you hoped is not a refund. Pricing questions
Is it worth it at my size?
Ask one question: what's a new client worth to you over a year? If it's more than the plan costs for the year paid in advance (Starter is $3,490), one client covers it. If you'd rather check the quality first, the free preview shows you the work on your market before you spend anything.
Why no free trial?
A trial would mean sending real email in your name before your domains are warmed up, which hurts your reputation. The free preview shows you the quality of the work, and the 60-day guarantee covers the first two months.
What counts as a “qualified” prospect?
A US business that matches the targeting you signed off, has a public source showing it's real and active, passes our fit checks, and isn't on any opt-out or suppression list.
Do I have to approve every email?
No. We review the first 2–3 batches with you during onboarding (10, then 25, then 50 prospects), and nothing sends until you've signed off the first one. After that, we send inside the guardrails you agreed: who to target, what you offer, what we can and can't say. Wording tweaks inside those guardrails apply on their own; targeting changes are flagged to you first. Anything outside the guardrails, like a new offer or a new claim about you, comes to you first.
When do emails actually start?
Your first batch should be in front of you within 48 hours of finishing setup; that's our target, not a promise. New sending domains then warm up for about 14–21 days before they send at full pace. The guarantee's 60 days start at your first payment, and the agreed outreach for those 60 days is set with the warm-up in mind.
Do you guarantee meetings or replies?
No. We guarantee the qualified leads we'll find, the emails we'll send, and the timeframe. If we miss any of those, you get your plan fees back. We keep adjusting the offer. We do not guarantee replies. How that works
Who is the legal sender of the emails?
You are, because the emails go out in your business's name. That's why you sign off the guardrails at onboarding and review the first batches with us. We run the compliance pieces (address, unsubscribe, opt-out syncing, auto-pause), and the acceptable use policy explains what that means for both of us.
Can I change plans, pause or cancel?
Yes. Pause or adjust any time. Upgrade or downgrade from the next billing date. Cancel in one click; your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Annual plans cancelled after day 60 get the unused months refunded. You can export your settings and decision log at any time, including after you cancel.
Do you work with businesses outside the US?
