One call. A few reviews. Then it runs without you.
Here's the whole thing, including the short stretch at the start where we need you in the room, and what still lands on your desk after that.
Four easy steps
- We find US businesses that fit what you sell, each with a reason now is the moment and a source you can check.
- Each one gets up to three short emails in your name, from domains we set up so yours stays safe.
- You shape the first 2–3 batches with us. After that it runs inside the limits you signed off.
- Every week you see last week's result, this week's one change, and your scorecard.
Start with the free preview
Ten businesses in your market, why now for each, the first email we'd send, your targeting and a sketch of your first month. If you sign up, those answers become your starting setup, so week one doesn't start from a blank page. Get your preview →
Week 0: one call, and your guardrails in writing
After checkout you confirm your preview answers (already filled in) and add the rest: sender name, the postal address for your email footer, your booking link if you have one, and who on your side reviews the first batches.
Then one onboarding call with Joel (30 minutes). Together we write down:
- Who we target, and where.
- What you offer, and the proof we're allowed to use.
- Words, claims and topics to avoid, and who to keep out (clients, past clients, partners).
- The qualified leads we'll find, the emails we'll send, and the timeframe for your first 60 days (how the guarantee works). Replies are not one of those numbers.
You get a one-page summary. Those are your guardrails. Nothing we send goes outside them.
Weeks 1–3: nothing sends until you've seen it
- We set up separate sending domains and mailboxes, authenticated so mail providers know they're real. New domains warm up for about 14–21 days before sending at full pace. Rushing this damages deliverability, and damage is slow to fix.
- While they warm up, you see your first batches of prospects and emails: 10, then 25, then 50. Tell us what's right and what's off (tone, length, fit, what not to say). We fix it and turn your notes into settings.
- Your first batch should be in front of you within 48 hours of finishing setup. That's our target, not a promise.
- Nothing sends until you've signed off the first batch. If a review is waiting on you, we send a reminder, then Joel checks in personally.
After that, it doesn't need your calendar
Find → Check → Send → Measure → One change → Write it down → Scorecard
Find. Our agents pull businesses from public sources: business registries and license lists, companies' own websites and careers pages, press releases and public filings. US only. Business contact data only.
Check. Every prospect needs a source link. Duplicates, opt-outs, your keep-out list and anyone contacted in the last 90 days are removed. Every email is checked before it sends: Could it have gone to anyone? Does it fit this business? Does it make a claim without a source? Does it break a guardrail? Fail any of those and it's rewritten or dropped.
Send. Up to three short emails over about a week: a first note with one checkable fact about them, a follow-up with something useful, and a short last note. Your postal address and an unsubscribe link in every one. Open and click tracking off. Replies go straight to you.
Measure. Replies, positive replies, bounces, opt-outs and landing-page visits, counted per campaign. Anyone who doesn't respond rests for 90 days. Opt-outs are permanent and synced everywhere.
One change. Every Monday the system grades last week's change: improved, flat, regressed or inconclusive. Not enough data? The answer is "inconclusive" and nothing changes. Enough? It makes one change inside your guardrails. Wording changes apply on their own. Targeting changes come to you first.
Write it down. Every change goes in your decision log: what changed, why, what "better" would look like, and when it can be judged. You can undo any of it.
What still comes to you
- Replies. They're yours to answer.
- Anything outside your guardrails: a new offer, a new claim, a new market.
- Targeting changes the weekly loop wants to make.
- Problems. If bounces or complaints spike, sending pauses automatically and we tell you what happened and what we're doing about it.
Why one change a week
Change five things at once and you never learn which one worked. We change one thing, wait until there's enough data to judge it, and write down the result, even when the result is "can't tell yet." At low volume that takes patience. We'd rather tell you "inconclusive" than pretend.
A log entry looks like this (format only, not real data):
| Date | Change | Why | Success looks like | Judged after | Result |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| (date) | Subject line v2 → v3 for the new-leader angle | v2 has had enough sends to judge, and reply rate is the weakest stage | Higher positive-reply rate than v2's baseline | ≥150 delivered and ≥4 weeks | inconclusive / improved / flat / regressed |
Your weekly scorecard
Prospects found, emails sent, replies, positive repliesA positive reply is a reply from a real person at a prospect business that shows interest. They ask for more information, pricing, or a call, agree to talk, or point you to the right person. Auto-replies, out-of-office notes, unsubscribes, “not interested,” bounces, and replies from your own team do not count. Full definition, opt-outs, meetings you tell us about, this week's change and last week's result, and progress against the leads, emails, and timeframe we agreed. Replies are reported. They are not promised. Growth and up also get a written tuning report. A blank means a step hasn't run yet. It's never shown as a zero.
Pause or adjust any time
Holiday, new target, tighter guardrail: tell us. Pauses take effect the same business day, and the guarantee clock pauses too, so you don't lose any of your 60 days.
What we enforce
- Cold email only from separate domains, never your main one.
- CAN-SPAM in every email: accurate sender, honest subject line, your postal address, a working unsubscribe honored promptly.
- Opt-outs synced across every tool, permanently.
- Sending pauses automatically if bounces or complaints spike.
- No outbound AI calls or texts, ever. The optional receptionist only answers incoming calls and says it's an AI.
- US businesses only.
- You're the legal sender, so nothing goes out that breaks the guardrails you signed off.
