  • B2B only. Recipients must be businesses.
  • US only. Senders and recipients in the US.
  • What we won't send. No offers aimed at consumers. No offer that is illegal to advertise to US businesses. No impersonation, and no proof you can't back up. No outbound calls or texts. We also won't run cannabis, controlled substances, gambling, weapons, adult content, or get-rich-quick and multi-level-marketing offers. If you aren't sure your offer fits, ask before you pay.
  • Honest offers. Only offers you actually provide, and only proof you can back up.
  • You're the sender. The emails go out in your name, and you're responsible under CAN-SPAM.
  • We may pause campaigns for bounce or complaint spikes, or for breaches of this policy.
  • Accounts closed for breaches don't qualify for the guarantee.
