We guarantee the work. Not the replies.
Before anything sends, we write down how many qualified leads we'll find, how many emails we'll send in your name, and the timeframe. If we miss any of those, you get a full refund of your plan fees. We do not guarantee replies. Here is exactly how that works.

What we agree at onboarding
On your onboarding call we write down three commitments. They go in your onboarding summary, and they're tracked on your dashboard and weekly scorecard.
- Qualified leads. How many US businesses we'll find that match the targeting you signed off. For example: "at least 250 qualified leads."
- Emails sent. How many emails we'll send on your behalf. For example: "each of those leads gets the full 3-email sequence."
- The timeframe. When that work lands in your first 60 days. The 14–21 days new domains need to warm up are part of the plan, not an excuse after the fact.
The examples are illustrations only, not a forecast. Each client's numbers are set from their plan, market and targeting.
What we keep adjusting
We also keep changing the offer, one change at a time, until it's one a client should want to answer. You can see each change in your log. That is a promise about the work. It is not a promise that anyone will reply.
You get a full refund if all of these are true
- You ask within 60 days of your first payment (your "guarantee period"), by emailing us.
- We missed the agreed leads, the agreed emails, or the agreed timeframe, for reasons on our side, as shown in your dashboard and scorecard.
- You did your part of onboarding: you completed the intake and footer details and reviewed each of the first batches within 5 business days of our request. Days we spend waiting on you are added to the guarantee period, so the agreed work can still be delivered.
- Your account wasn't paused or closed for a breach of our acceptable use policy.
If you pause sending yourself, the guarantee period pauses too, and picks up again when you restart.
What's refunded
- Monthly plans: all FunnelIQ plan fees you paid during the guarantee period.
- Annual plans: the full annual payment.
- AI receptionist add-on: separate from the leads, the emails, and the timeframe. If we never get a line live, we refund the receptionist fees you paid for it and the $249 setup fee. After a line is live, you can cancel it any time and the period you've already paid for isn't refunded. Minutes the line has already answered are not refunded, including $0.30 a minute past the included minutes. On Business, the included lines are part of the plan fee.
- Not refunded: costs you pay to other companies directly, such as your Kit account or booking tool.
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
What doesn't qualify
- We delivered the agreed leads, emails, and timeframe, and you want to stop. That's fine: cancel any time, in one click. Fewer replies than you hoped is not a reason for a refund. Your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for, and that period isn't refunded. (Annual plans: see below.)
- Claims after the guarantee period (except the annual proration below).
- Judging it on replies, meetings, or revenue. The guarantee is the qualified leads, the emails sent, and the timeframe. Those are the numbers both of us can check.
Annual plans after day 60
After your guarantee period, you can cancel an annual plan any time and we refund the unused full months, prorated at your annual rate (your annual price ÷ 12, times the full months left). This does not depend on how many people replied.
How to claim
- Email us with "Guarantee" in the subject line. No call or form needed.
- Within 2 business days, we reply with the numbers from your dashboard: qualified leads found, emails sent, and the timeframe, against what we agreed.
- If you qualify, we issue the refund. If you disagree with the count, we go through the prospect list and the send log together.
After a refund
Sending stops the same day. You keep your exported settings, decision log and replies.
What a positive reply is
A positive reply is a reply from a real person at a prospect business that shows interest. They ask for more information, pricing, or a call, agree to talk, or point you to the right person. Auto-replies, out-of-office notes, unsubscribes, “not interested,” bounces, and replies from your own team do not count. The break-even calculator uses this only as a label for arithmetic on your numbers. We do not promise these replies, and a quiet inbox is not a refund.
What this guarantee isn't
It isn't a promise of replies, meetings, or revenue. It's a promise that the leads, the emails, and the timeframe we wrote down with you actually happen, and that we keep tuning the offer. If we miss the leads, the emails, or the timeframe, you don't pay for that.
