In every commercial email (CAN-SPAM)
- Accurate From name and address.
- An honest subject line.
- A valid postal address.
- A working opt-out, honored within 10 business days (in practice, much faster), and kept working for at least 30 days after sending.
Everywhere else
- Opt-outs synced across our sending tool, our email list and our suppression list.
- Open and click tracking off in cold email.
- Sending pauses automatically on bounce or complaint spikes.
- A 90-day rest for anyone who doesn't respond.
- US businesses only.
- No outbound AI calls or texts. AI disclosure on every voice line.
- The client is the legal sender for their campaigns and signs off the guardrails at onboarding. See acceptable use.
