You're the expert. You shouldn't also have to be the sales department.

Tell us who you help. We'll find ten US companies that fit, show you why each one needs you now, and write the first email we'd send, peer to peer. Free, and they never hear from us.

Question 1 of 8

What kind of business do you run?

Referrals are wonderful. They're also lumpy.

Your best engagements started with a conversation someone else began. That's a compliment to your work and a terrible way to plan a year. Meanwhile, the firms with a content machine get the calls you should be getting.

You don't need to become a marketer. You need the right person at the right company to hear from you at the right moment. That's what we do.

The why-now signals we look for

Every signal links to a public source and shows the date we saw it:

  • A leadership change. A new CEO, VP or department head. New leaders often bring in outside help in their first months.
  • A hiring push in your area, on their own careers page (five sales roles open at once, for a sales coach).
  • Growth events: a new location, a merger or acquisition, or a funding round in a public filing such as SEC Form D.
  • A change that creates work you solve, like a new regulation in their industry or a system they've announced they're adopting.

Subject: six sales roles

Hi Lauren,

Noticed Brightline has six account executive roles open at once, right after your announcement about expanding into the Southeast.

When I've seen teams double that fast, the first 90 days of ramp tend to decide the year. I put together a one-page checklist on what the fastest-ramping teams do differently.

A peer noticing something and offering something useful. No ask for a meeting. That's how trust-based work starts.

How it would run for you

  • It sounds like you. We write from your offer and the proof you give us, and tune the voice with you in the first 2–3 batches.
  • We reach the buyer. We target the role you tell us buys what you sell. Where public sources can't identify that person, we say so.
  • Your network stays out of it. Clients, past clients and contacts are suppressed at onboarding.
  • Then it runs, with a weekly scorecard, and you can pause or adjust any time. How it works →

Who this is for

  • Independent consultants and small firms selling to businesses: operations, sales, finance, HR, IT and strategy
  • Coaches who sell to companies: executive, leadership, sales and team coaching
  • Based in the US, selling to US companies

Not a fit: coaching sold to individuals (life, health, personal finance), or prospects outside the US.

What you'll get

  • 10 businesses that fit, each with its location, size where public, and why it fits what you sell.
  • Why now, with receipts. One to three reasons for each business, each with a source link and the date we saw it. No source, no listing.
  • 10 first emails, one per business: a checkable fact about them, why it matters now, and one easy question. Each marked "Sample draft. Not sent to anyone."
  • Your targeting, written out. Who, where, what we'd offer, what proof we'd use. If you sign up, this becomes your starting setup.
  • Your first month, sketched. The 3-email sequence, the first thing we'd test, and the weekly scorecard you'd get.

What's not in it: personal email addresses or phone numbers. It's a demonstration of the work, not a list for sale.

What happens next

  1. Confirm your email. One button press. (A button, not a link, so email scanners can't confirm for you.)
  2. We build your ten. Our agents find and check the businesses, gather the signals and write the emails. Joel personally reviews the early previews.
  3. It lands in your inbox. Our target is one business day.

After that, you'll get occasional emails about finding prospects like these, plus the weekly build log. Unsubscribe with one click.

Questions

My work is built on trust. Does cold email even fit?

It can, if the first message earns a reply instead of asking for a meeting. That's how we write them: one specific fact, why it matters now, one easy question. Your preview shows you 10 of them, so you can judge for yourself.

Will it sound like spam?

That's what the triage checks are for. Every message is checked for being generic, for not matching the business, and for any claim without a source. Messages that fail are rewritten or dropped.

Can you use my case studies or LinkedIn posts?

Only what you give us and say we can use. We never invent proof.

I'm a coach. Will you reach the person who actually buys coaching?

We target the role you tell us buys it (for example, the head of sales or HR). Where we can't identify that role from public sources, we say so in the preview.

Why is it free?

Because the best way to earn your confidence is to do the work. If the ten feel right, you've already seen what the paid service does every week.

Is this a free trial?

No. It's a one-time look. Nothing is sent to the 10, and it isn't the service.

Will you email my prospects?

No. The ten are for you. Nobody on that list hears from us.

Why do I have to confirm my email?

So the preview reaches a real inbox that asked for it, and nobody can request one in your name.

Why only one per business?

Each preview takes real work. One per business is how it stays free.

What if you can't find 10?

You'll get the ones that pass our checks, and we'll tell you how many there were. We don't pad the list to look busy.

Are the sample messages what you'd actually send?

They're our first draft for each business, from public facts and only the proof you gave us. If you continue, we refine them with you before anything sends.

Who is it for?

Businesses that sell to other businesses in the US. If your customers are consumers, this isn't the right fit.

Fine print: Free. One preview per business. US businesses only. Nothing is sent to the prospects in your preview. See privacy and how the paid service works.
