Your best clients came from referrals. Your next ones don't have to.
Tell us the client you want more of. We'll find ten US businesses that look like them, show you why each one needs you now, and write the first email we'd send in your agency's voice. Free, and they never hear from us.

We sent a confirmation link to . Open it and press Confirm. Your preview comes after that.
- The link works for 24 hours.
- Our target is to have your preview in your inbox within 1 business day of confirming. If there's a queue, the confirmation page tells you the date.
- Nothing there? Check spam or promotions, or send a new link (up to 3 a day).
The cobbler's children have no shoes
You build pipelines for clients all day. Your own pipeline is a group chat of past clients and a hope that someone mentions you. That works until it thins out, and the shop with louder ads wins the pitch.
You don't need another tool to run. You need someone to run it. That's us, in your voice, with your name on it.
The why-now signals we look for
Every signal links to a public source and shows the date we saw it:
- A new business or license. Just registered or just licensed usually means they need a site, a brand and their first marketing. (Example: a new license on the Texas TDLR list, for agencies that serve contractors.)
- A new location or expansion, announced on their own site or in a press release.
- A first marketing hire, posted on their careers page. Often a sign they need outside help now.
- Visible website problems: no mobile layout, an expired security certificate, a broken contact form, a copyright year several years old.
- A rebrand or new offer they've announced but not carried through to their site.

Subject: your contact form
Hi Marcus,
Tried to send a note through the contact form on Keel & Co's site this morning and it threw an error after submit. Thought you'd want to know, since that's probably where your quote requests come in.
Happy to send a screenshot if it helps.

Notice what it doesn't do: pitch. It gives them something useful and true, and makes replying easy. The pitch comes when they write back.
How it would run for your agency
- Your name, your voice. Emails go out under your agency's name, from separate domains we set up. Your main domain stays out of it.
- Your clients stay out of it. Give us your client list at onboarding and every one of them is suppressed.
- You shape the first 2–3 batches. Then it runs, with a weekly scorecard.
- Want to sell this to your clients? The Business plan gives you a white-label workspace, a client portal and 4,000 prospects a month across your clients. See Business →
Who this is for
- Marketing, web design, SEO, content, paid media and branding agencies in the US
- Selling to other businesses, local or national
- Usually 1–50 people, where the founder still does most of the selling
Not a fit: agencies that only want consumer leads, or prospects outside the US.
What you'll get
- 10 businesses that fit, each with its location, size where public, and why it fits what you sell.
- Why now, with receipts. One to three reasons for each business, each with a source link and the date we saw it. No source, no listing.
- 10 first emails, one per business: a checkable fact about them, why it matters now, and one easy question. Each marked "Sample draft. Not sent to anyone."
- Your targeting, written out. Who, where, what we'd offer, what proof we'd use. If you sign up, this becomes your starting setup.
- Your first month, sketched. The 3-email sequence, the first thing we'd test, and the weekly scorecard you'd get.
What's not in it: personal email addresses or phone numbers. It's a demonstration of the work, not a list for sale.
One prospect, as it appears in your preview

| Business | Hollis Roofing |
|---|---|
| Where | Frisco, TX · 20–50 employees |
| Why they fit | Residential roofer, growing, weak local search presence |
| Why now | Opened a second location in September (their news page, dated) |
| Angle we'd lead with | New office isn't on their Google profile yet |
| Sample first message | Saw on your site that Hollis opened in Frisco last month. Congrats. Your Google profile still lists only the Plano address, so someone searching "roofer Frisco" won't find the new office yet. Want me to send over what I'd change? |
What happens next
- Confirm your email. One button press. (A button, not a link, so email scanners can't confirm for you.)
- We build your ten. Our agents find and check the businesses, gather the signals and write the emails. Joel personally reviews the early previews.
- It lands in your inbox. Our target is one business day.
After that, you'll get occasional emails about finding prospects like these, plus the weekly build log. Unsubscribe with one click.
Questions
Won't my prospects get the same “we'll redo your website” email from ten other agencies?
That's the email we're trying not to write. Each message starts from a specific, checkable fact about that business and why it matters now, and only uses proof you've given us.
Will you pitch my services or a generic “marketing” offer?
Yours. We write from your answer to “What do you sell them, in one sentence?” and the proof you give us. Nothing else.
Can you contact businesses that already work with another agency?
Yes, if they fit your targeting and aren't on an opt-out list. We don't claim anything about their current agency.
What about my existing clients and past prospects?
Send us the list at onboarding and we'll keep them out, permanently.
Why is it free?
Because the best way to earn your confidence is to do the work. If the ten feel right, you've already seen what the paid service does every week.
Is this a free trial?
No. It's a one-time look. Nothing is sent to the 10, and it isn't the service.
Will you email my prospects?
No. The ten are for you. Nobody on that list hears from us.
Why do I have to confirm my email?
So the preview reaches a real inbox that asked for it, and nobody can request one in your name.
Why only one per business?
Each preview takes real work. One per business is how it stays free.
What if you can't find 10?
You'll get the ones that pass our checks, and we'll tell you how many there were. We don't pad the list to look busy.
Are the sample messages what you'd actually send?
They're our first draft for each business, from public facts and only the proof you gave us. If you continue, we refine them with you before anything sends.
Who is it for?
Businesses that sell to other businesses in the US. If your customers are consumers, this isn't the right fit.
Fine print: Free. One preview per business. US businesses only. Nothing is sent to the prospects in your preview. See privacy and how the paid service works.
